How to Set ringtone on iPhone from the music library
So first of all, you will need to download web files app. this is a free app from the app store and then go ahead and get any song that you want.
Just visit any website that you want from where you can get mp3 songs. just wait for the song to download and once it’s complete.
You go to files and from here click on the share and edit button.
click on that song and click share and then click save the files. what this does is that it will save the song to the files app.
Just click add and it will be added to the files app. now you’re good to go. so once you have that song saved under the files app. now you will need to download Garageband app. that’s an app from Apple and you can download this for free from the app store.
How to use Garageband
Step: 1
once you open the app just go ahead and then scroll down until you find the audio recorder. click on it and from here you will be able to create the ringtone.
Click on the setting button and now what you need to do just go ahead tap the plus button and then tap on the section tab and then you will see the section length.
So turn it into thirty seconds, which is the maximum length for the ringtone and then click done and you’re good to go.
Now tap on this button.
From here you can go to your music and choose any song you want or you can go to your files and choose the song that you have downloaded
Just go browse items from the files app and you can add songs that you have only files app to Garageband. once they have done all that just tap song that you want.
Drag it like this and place it right here. now you’re good to go.
Now you have the song, where you want it and just tap on it and if you hold it then you will have a few options. so you will have the loop, split, rename anything you want and you can trim this song. just by dragging this. so you will have the option to trim the song as you want. once you have done that then you’re good to go.
You can preview the song by tapping on the play button and now you’re good to go.
Step: 2
Just tap on the arrow and go to my songs.
This will save that song. so you will see the song in my song too. so if you go to browse and go to iCloud drive and there you will find Garageband for iOS and you will find the songs right there.
From here just click select that song that you want and click on the share button and then click on ringtone then click continue and now you can rename it as you want it. so just go ahead and just rename that song and click export and then it will be exported into ringtones and you can set it using the settings.
So go to the settings real quick. so once you have done all that go to settings then go to sounds and haptics and if you go to ringtones then you will find the that ringtones right there that you just created. this is really really awesome.
